2026 Mammoth Snow Camp Registration

FOR CURRENT WBC STUDENTS ONLY:

This is the registration event to pay for participation in Mammoth Snow Camp and for renting Snowshoes (optional). These fees are non-refundable (with the exception described below).

Please note that paying for Mammoth Snow Camp does not guarantee you will be on the trip you want. If you don’t get on a Mammoth trip, your payment will be refunded promptly in the same manner as you paid. You must qualify for Snow Camp by having been on at least one backpack during class to participate.

To attend snow camp, you will be required to bring a 4 season tent or a sturdy, heavier 3 season tent. Ultralight tents are not sufficient. Here is a checklist outlining required gear: Snow Camp Checklist

1. Students signed up for Mammoth trips are eligible for a refund if:
   – All Mammoth trips are full and there is a waitlist
   – A waitlisted student takes your place (meaning, you get the refund and the waitlisted student pays the fee)
   – The Mammoth trip is cancelled in its entirety due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance, and WBC is not held responsible to pay for the buses
2. If the Mammoth trips are not full, no refunds will be given unless trip is cancelled (Mammoth trip is cancelled, or trip leader has to cancel their trip)
3. Students are eligible for a snowshoe refund if:
   – No snow on your outing (per leader, snowshoes will not be used)
   – Leader must cancel outing
   – For Mammoth trips, if you receive a refund for the bus AND are unable to sign up for a local snow camp trip due to lack of space, or if the only local trips with space exceed your abilities.
